OLDSMAR, FL – Team Devoted Creations is growing!
“We have added three new positions that we believe will benefit all of our salon partners and distributors,” said Lisa Saavedra, Director of Brand Development for the Florida-based lotion company.
DC’s newest National Sales Trainer is Megan Racine, a Northern CA native who has lived in the Tampa Bay area for five years. A competitive athlete for over 15 years, she has previously worked for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and ESPN, and in the tanning industry as a salon manager for three years prior to her move to Devoted Creations. “Megan brings real-world experience to her salon training sessions, as well as her competitive nature and knowledge of what salon staff need to be successful,” states Saavedra. “We are lucky to have her and she is a phenomenal addition to our team!”
Tara Fike, Administrative Assistant, was also in the industry for three years prior to joining Team DC. Fike was born and raised in Tampa and when she is not working, you can find her at the beach enjoying time with family and friends. “Tara is an amazing addition to our team because she is so sweet and when it comes to products, she definitely knows her stuff!” Saavedra says. “When you call Devoted Creations, it’s most likely Tara answering the phone. She helps with distribution orders and 5 Star accounts, as well as customer service, and she always does it with a smile.”
Last, but not least, is Social Media Specialist, Bailey Johnson. “Bailey has been on Team Devoted for a little over a year, and she wears many hats!” Saavedra exclaims. “No matter what the task, Bailey always steps up to the challenge. She is involved with so much more than just social media; she helps me with all day-to-day operations and really has stepped up to become my right-hand girl.” In her role, Johnson creates social media content, engages followers, and is the one who always gives fans the heads up on sneak-peeks, first looks and everything happening at DC! Originally from Tampa, Johnson loves spending her free time at the beach, with her boyfriend and two puppies, or with friends and family.
