JONESBORO, AR – We are pleased to announce that as of June 1, Forever Tan Distribution transitioned its business and operations to JK Products & Services. This was a collaborative transition, executed by Brynn Scarborough, Managing Director of JK Products & Services and Steve Spencer, Owner of Forever Tan.
“JK Products & Services is excited to welcome long time Forever Tan employees Eric Matras and Jeremy Welch to our team and appreciate their efforts to accommodate a seamless transition for our customers,” Scarborough stated.
Beginning June 1, Forever Tan assumed responsibility for all outstanding warranties. All Ergoline equipment sold and installed by Forever Tan Distribution will be fully warrantied per the manufacturer’s agreed-upon warranty period. All warranty claims will be processed by the JK Products & Services, Service Department.
“We are excited to take the opportunity to expand our service coverage and improve your customer experience with our brands of equipment, lamps, parts and service by expanding the JK factory direct service coverage to your area,” Scarborough continued.
JK Products & Services has expanded the number of certified technicians who will work directly with our service department to provide warranty and technician services for Ergoline equipment in the field.
In addition to having a direct connection for your service and warranty needs, sales of equipment and lamps in your area will be continued and elevated through a factory-direct relationship, as well, and maintained by friendly faces you’ve gotten to know over the years. We believe that both of these changes will serve to not only increase the level of service for you as a customer, but leave us with a better connection to our valued customers,” Scarborough concluded.
