CHICAGO, IL – Her Campus Illinois, an online magazine for college women, recently hosted their second annual Walking in a Winter Glamourland event to benefit the Northwestern Settlement House. Designer Skin products were featured in VIP Swag Bags, along with other top beauty and fashion brands. There were over 175 attendees and Her Campus was able to successfully raise $1,200. This translated into 125 holiday gifts for Chicago area children.
The Northwestern Settlement House is a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing, educating and inspiring children, families and seniors in the Chicago area. To successfully run the organization, Northwestern Settlement relies heavily on donations and volunteers.
