INDIANAPOLIS, IN – After announcing on social media this past January that Swedish Beauty® hoped to partner with salons working with charitable organizations in 2013, an overwhelming response followed. Salons from across the U.S. as well as Canada wrote in, detailing the work they do to give back in their communities.
One of the winners was iSun Tan 24/7 from Clear Lake, IA. iSun Tan holds an annual Cupcakes for Crohn’s promotion in April during National Crohn’s Awareness Month, with all proceeds from sales going to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA). They also feature lotions on special discount during the month, to entice customers to participate. Additionally, Swedish Beauty donated a gift basket filled with lotions and skincare items as a prize for one lucky winner who made a donation.
iSun Tan raised over $500 toward Crohn’s Awareness during the promotions. The gift basket winner, chosen by iSun Tan was Kaylynn Morgan. Congratulations and thanks go out to Kaylynn for donating; and thank you to iSun Tan 24/7 for being a compassionate and generous organization!
